When you position the cursor over anything on the Taskbar the popup 'help'
text is appearing behind the taskbar. I noticed this right after
installation, when my cursor was moved over the Search Taskbar. This effect
is indeed new, introduced with the new taskbar.
Previously, the only place this problem happened was on a separate toolbar I
keep on the left side of the screen (still does, probably because it's not
the main taskbar and not active unless clicked-upon).
