I know this is a strange request, but here goes: Does anyone know of a
driver/adapter combination that would allow the screen output for a Pocket
PC to be sent through the mini USB port to female RCA connectors in order
that it could be connected to a television (or some other display device)?

short answer, no, not that I am aware of... assume what you are needing
would require usb host capabilities in the first place.

Several ppc's (notably dell) have vga out plus there are video out CF
and SDIO cards which will do what you need.

Thank you for your reply, Beverly. The reason I even asked was because I
was curious if there was a way to use these new glasses-type display I saw
advertised with my Cingular 8125. They were advertised as being able to
watch DVDs from a portable player or laptop. They use RCA connectors. I
just thought it would be cool to be able to keep my 8125 in my pocket/bag
and use these "glasses" coupled with a BT folding keyboard to make a "laptop
replacement" for short trips where a laptop is impractical/problematic.
