Hello,
I really don't like the changes which happened to the Pocket Outlook in
WM6, the most annoying for me are:

1) Delete delivery reports permanently without using Deleted Items.
2) Assign left soft button to Delete instead of New.

Is there any way how to revert any of these behaviours back?

Thanks,
Jan

Jan, I don't know about item 1, but regarding item 2:

I also felt strange when I first saw it, so I decided to do a survey in my
website, and discovered that in average, most people do 6 delete operations
in their Inbox for each new mail operation. So something like 70% of the
users were very pleased by the change. In fact, there is only one free
button (the other has to be the menu key) for one-click operations, so MS
has to choose the operation that most people do for the largest number of
times. I guess their survey matched mine in some way.

Helio, thank you for answer.
About 1 - well do items in Deleted Items get deleted permanently after
some time? I can indeed see deleted delivery reports and others sms now, but
only few recent ones.

About 2 - Fair enough and I understand this in e-mails. I am not so sure
about this with SMS since I rarely delete any (mainly the reports), but its
okay if I'm in minority (even when this also means to change delete -> reply
in item detail, making this button unused/wasted with delivery reports). I
just wondered if there is any setting or registry thing which would allow me
to change it back...
