I want to configure pocket inbox on a ppc2003 second edition device to
access an account via 127.0.0.1.
I have developed a micro smtp / pop3 server that allows pocket inbox to
send / receive email without having to poll a remote pop3 server.
The problem is that pocket inbox uses the connection manager to
establish a data call based on the settings for the account.
If I use 'The Internet' then connection mananager tries to dial up to
the ISP via GPRS, which is fine, except if the phone is off. In which
case the dialing bubble comes up and says that it can not connect. This
is dumb, because pocket inbox does not have to connect anywhere in
order to talk to 127.0.0.1 (they don't call it localhost for nothing!)
Is there a way to configure the connection manager to not display the
bubble?
Does anyone know where the account options are stored for pocket inbox?
Are they in the registry?
