Hi,

I was trying to find a way to write a plugin for Pocket outlook. After going
through msdn and googling much, I am not clear that where to start from.
There is much-much less information available for Pocket Outlook Plugin as
opposed to Outlook plugin. The only thing I found on the web is "Emansio"
which calls itself a Pocket Outlook Plugin.

For now, I want to know, Where to start with in order to write a Pocket
Outlook Plugin? Any reference or techincal sample would be greate.

If any one knows, can you please help.

Thanks,

*(Vipul)() ;

How exactly do you want to plug into Pocket Outlook? Pocket Outlook is only
a subset of Outlook so doesn't have the same depth of customisation options.

Hi Peter,

Thanks for the response.
I need to detect new emails and after every sync completion, new contacts,
new tasks, new appointments etc.

Since writing an application to monitor these things and running it 24x7
would consume system resources on the device, I feel why not to write a
plugin that will do the detection stuff only when the Pocket Outlook is
loaded.

Thoughts?

Thanks,
