 I have a C500 and wondered if it is possible to play the voice recorder
notes through my PC?

 I don't have ,my C500 here at the moment (in for repair)
But I think the voice notes are .amr files, you should be able to copy and
paste these to your PC, then just google for an amr to wav converter.
