By any chance do you have both Office and PhotoShop installed? If so, you
need to make a change to your registry...and if not, check your registry any
how.
Run "regedit". Expand HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT, scroll down to the entries for jpg
and jpeg. Both of them should have a string entry for PerceivedType =
"image". If they're not there, add them.
