Hello carmelo,

So the server is no domain controller? If it is only a workgroup server run
gpedit.msc from the run line. There go to computer configuration, windows
settings, security settings, account policies,Password policy. Here you can
configure the settings.

Best regards

Thank you for your suggestion,
but I know that the default "Maximum password age" can be modified
from there. The problem is that I would like to have a different
password age for different users.

Hello carmelo,

You can only set one password policy for all. For different polices, you
have ot use server 2008 or 3rd party tools.
