Well, I don't use a Mac, and the Web site apparently checks
the OS on my computer, so I can't get to the download page
at www.palm.com for the Mac version of Palm Desktop. The
Windows version of Palm Desktop available at www.palm.com
will install without the CD and will sync to the Palm but
there is a warning that the download version does not
include all the accessory applications included on the CD.
The Mac version may be different. Sorry if I gave you wrong
information.
