Hi,

| My client has a palm 750 with Windows mobile 5 on it. It was working with
| ActiveSync 4.5 on an XP pro machine, then it stopped working after he
| changed his computer. We tried both activesync 4.2 and 4.5 and it cannot
| connect. When we plugged the phone in, it detected it and was trying to
| connect and then it couldn't. Also, I notice that it showed up as Local
| Area Connection 5 in Network connections, then it disappeared. Any
| suggestions?

Hi,
Is there a software firewall installed on the PC? Is there any vpn
connection installed? These can conflict with ActiveSync.

Only Windows Firewall is on and it has the activesync exceptions. I also
tried to disable the Windows Firewall and tried, the same thing happened.
Any other suggestions?

Hi,
Are all the services that are required to connect with ActiveSync? See
