PDF and TIFF preview stopped working Jerry 04-20-2006

 I have the Adobe PDF IFilter 6.0 and Alternatiff ActiveX
previewer for TIF files. Both worked well until recently,
when they suddenly stopped. When one of these files is
selected in the search results list, the preview pane now
remains blank.

Any idea why?
