Doesn't exist and there are technical reasons why it cannot exist.
BTW, a 16-bit PC Card slot is still a PC Card slot (and correctly not a
PCMCIA slot) even if it's not Cardbus.
You are out of luck; there is no way to add a USB port to a laptop that
doesn't have one and doesn't have even a Cardbus slot.
