I don't know, but it seems that PAUSE
<http://pause.perl.org/pause/query> is having problems accepting uploads.
After I login and click "Tail Daemon Logfile," I see a page that shows
lots of errors like so:

It doesn't look like it's successfully dealing with the uploads.
