Please log in for more thread options
How do I get the owner information to display when the device is powered on?
I have my device set to lock for security so most likely if someone found
this, it would hopefully be locked. This being the case, I don't see any way
any one who finds this would be able to see my owner information. Right now,
as far as I can see the only one who can access this information is me.
That's pretty useless, if I may say so. I know who I am.

Please log in for more thread options
Tack a post-it inside the battery cover, or engrave
the outside of it.

Please log in for more thread options OK, I guess I can't expect SmartPhone to implement all of the Pocket PC
features I'm used to. (But this one seems like a reasonable feature, which
could be implemented.)
I thought that maybe I was overlooking some option checkbox somewhere, but I
guess not. Thanks for your suggestion. I guess it's the way to go, given the
limitation.

Please log in for more thread options The owner information is used buy some applications to for the
licence/registration
it looks it up and verifies the reg code.
