 I have MS Office 2007 installed, a PocketPC with 2003 OS and a desktop with
XP SP2. Activesync was 4.2. I installed microsoft Front Page 2003. Right
after that I docked the pocket pc and Activesync reported that it could not
sync because Outlook was not installed. The microsoft activesync FAQ
mentions this problem and said to install 4.5 which I did but the problem is
still there. Any ideas on how to get the device to sync again?

 Hi Jack,

See if running the Office Diagnostic feature under Help menu of Outlook 2007
helps.

Thanks, the diagnostics did find and resolve an error. Activesync will now
sync with Outlook.
