Outlook not Installed error message

All of a sudden when I attempt to sync my activesync gives me a
message that say that outlook is not installed. This is followed by a
second message that says that I do not have access to the network.
This is all happening on a stand alone pc attempting a link from a usb
cradle.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello Michael,

What version of Outlook and ActiveSync are you using? Did you install
Outlook first or ActiveSync first?

One thing to try is running "detect and repair" in Outlook.
You can also try uninstalling and reinstalling ActivSync.
