I sync my HTC smartphone-PDA (Windows Mobile 6) with my desktop (Windows XP)
and an Exchange Server. I have no problem with Outlook email, calendar,
contacts or tasks being synced through the Exchange Server, and Favorites and
Files sync when I connect by USB. My problem is with Notes. I have multiple
Note Folders in Outlook and only the first folder, "Notes" synchronizes on my
PDA. The remaining folders are passed by and not syncronized on the phone.
I don't have any options available for syncing notes. What am I doing wrong?

Hi Chris,

Sub-folder sync of Notes is not supported. Would suggest you look at third
party solutions like http://www.phatware.com/phatnotes/index.html

I don't think Chris was referring to subfolders. I have the exact same
problem, but with Favorites. Only the last listed folder syncs, but not any
of the others. So, I'm interested, too, in a solution to this.
