Outlook Contacts sync with WM5 Tuur 07-22-2007

Hi there,

I've got a Samsung Blackjack with WM5 installed on it.

Now, in my Outlook 2007 I save my customer-contacts like the following
example:

Mr X - Mrs Y
Tel. home: 123456789
Mobile: 987654321 (Mr X)
Other: 147258369 (Mrs Y)
email 1: mrx@email.com (Mr X work)
email 2: mry@email.com (Mr Y work)
email 3: mrx-mrsy@email.com (Mr X - Mrs Y private)
Address home: street 1 - 123456 City

The fun thing about a smartphone is that when I sync my contacts I can
search on the mobile anything. For instance: I go to contacts, type "Y" and
the name of Mrs Y appears.

One problem: the syncing is works fine, but the smartphone just saves the
mobile phone of Mr X and not the nr of Mrs Y, and it does just save the
first email address.

Now my question: how can I get all the fields I filled in my Outlook contact
synced to my smartphone?

Is there a solution to this problem? Or will WM6 be able to sync every
filled in field?

Thanks for your help

Jef

It's something on your end -- it all syncs fine, and always has, for me with
WM5 & 6 (& 2003, PPC, WinCE, etc). I'd suggest you hard reset your device
and start over. If you're still having issues, contact your carrier.
