Learn to write programs in the computer language of your choice (many
of us still use BASIC), then write code to model whatever problem you
have in mind, then run it.
There are some potted programs around which will allow you just to
enter parameters to model some simple situations, but no pre-written
program will have the capability to model every conceivable
possibility. To do that, you have to be able to write programs of your
own.
