Hi

I have just purchased an Orange M5000 and I am trying to connect to my PC,
using AS4.1, but for some reason AS just won't pick up the device and sync?

Kind Regards

Ricky

Look in your Network Connections screen and identify the Local Area Connection
that relates to the phone. Go into its properties and make sure that TCP/IP is
ticked. That was what happened to me.

is there any reason why the device comes up under network devices as opposed
to a USB device?

Also, sometimes, my device gets recognised as a USB device and then fails to
install, so sometimes I cannot sync, since it's not recognised.

I guess it is just how the WM5 devices work in conjunction with AS4.
