MicrosoftI have just been given a HTC Touch but the operating language is
Chinese. Any ideas how I can change the language to English? As it's a
Christmas present (which was bought in Taiwan) I'd like to keep the phone but
haven't been able to work out how the change can be made. Strangely HTC say
that their Microsoft licence doesn't permit changing the language.
