Hi,
I am using Outlook 2003 and Windows-Desktop Search Beta (WDS =
2.06.5000.5373).=20
Although this is a brandnew version, old bugs appear again. For example:
New Mails in public folders appear for a few seconds and then disappear. =
This is
only happening if all of the following conditions are true:
- the mail is in a public folder
- WDS is running
- Outlook is in cached exchange-mode and public folders are cached.
- Outlook ist configured to only load headers
The mails are missing only on the desktop, not on the exchange-server. =
Therefore they can be
resynchronized with OSTSCAN.EXE
When will this be fixed?
Thomas
