Perhaps.
If you look at the Security tab in Properties of the object and
click into the Advanced view you will see an Owner tab.
If things are at default behaviors, this will show Domain Admins
if create was by a DA, otherwise it will show the account that
created the object unless ownership was changed after creation.
Alternatively you could audit and pick the info out from events.
