OTA HD Channel Missing Terrman 06-13-2006

I'm running MCE 2005 with two AverMedia A180 HD tuners and have been
receiving the OTA HD channels without a problem for some time - until now.
When I tune to CBS (channel 3021 in MCE) I get a "No TV signal" message.
Taking a look at the HD signal strength in MCE shows CBS at full strength
along with all the other channels which I should note come in just fine. I
called CBS (the Los Angeles affiliate) and they assured me that all is well
with their broadcast, as one would expect from a major network (they would'nt
stand for down-time).

I'm not exactly sure when this happened or if it has something to do with
updating the NVidia decoder from 1.02-184 to 1.02-196 which I did recently. I
tried going back to 184 but that didn't seem to help. I have a NVidia 6600GT
video card with the latest driver (84.21). The A180 drivers are up to date
too.

Could this have something to do with CBS broadcasting at 1080i while
everyone else runs 720p?

Anyone have any ideas on what's going on?

This sounds like a problem that we have been tracking on the Green Button.
The problem is incorrect physical channel numbers in a file atscchannels.xml
that gets updated periodically. You can check to see if this is your problem
by comparing the contents of that file (search with hidden files enabled to
find it) with the listings on www.antenna.org. If they don't agree, see the
posting on:
