You are not going to fix this easily, and don't count on the Q being better.
The 5600 is a true stereo device. Plug in a headset and see. The problem is
that there are two BT profiles involved, the Headset/Handsfree profile,
designed for phone use, and supports audio both ways, earphone and mic, and
A2DP (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile) which is designed to broadcast
stereo audio and supports some limited control from the headset back to the
player (play, pause, etc)
When you pair the HT8200 you have to establish pairings with both profiles.
Unfortunately the 5600 doesn't support the stereo one. VERY few PPCs or SPs
do. I don't think the Q does either.
Those devices that do support both, are designed to operate like this. You
are listening to music over A2DP, when a call comes in. The unit pauses the
music and switches phone audio to the H/H profile. When the call is over, it
switches back to A2DP and starts the music again. What you are likely
hearing is a little music still coming over the headset as the 5600 switches
the audio heading to the headset to the phone system.
Some devices can be fooled into sending music over the H/H profile, but
remember this is geared towards mono phone calls, not the best sound. Some
can have the A2DP profile added. I don't think the 5600 fits either of
these categories. Really don't know about the Q, but if it doesn't natively
support A2DP, it won't be seamless.
