LOL! I'm quite sure that MSN Search has no problems with Doctor Who, but I did
find that I got results on the query that would be more to you liking by
searching for "dr who" - including the quotes. Therefore, it is likely that not
including the quotes is causing MSN Search to look at combined relevance for
occurrances of dr and who.
