 I have a notebook that received a higher voltage than specified, and
now the battery is not receiving any power from the external one...any
solutions?

Higher voltage: do you mean 220V vs. 110v?

"battery is not receiving any power from the external one": do you mean
no power from the AC to DC transformer?
