A guy in one of the forums I use has
created this handy little tool that helps
build up a keyword list.
http://www.seedkeywords.com/
It allows you to create a scenario for a
search query, which you can then ask all
your contacts to answer.
The answers they give are all logged and
can also be checked in the SERPs.
Quite handy if you want to find out what
people would actually search for when
given a specific scenario.
