I have an AudioVox 5600. I setup my ISP email fine and it works. Except
when I send an email with an attachment, it automatically selects Outlook
email.
Further, I cannot get Outlook to send email. The option "9 Send/Receive
mail" is not selectable, and I have taken the "Switch Accounts" option to
select my ISP settings, and then Outlook E-mail. Neither works.
Can anyone tell me how to configure and send emails through Outlook?

ps, my email server is Cincinnati Bell's fuse net and I am using T-mobile
wap.
