http://myperl.eu/ has feeds for every Perl module.

So if you want to be notified about new versions of some module,
together with its changelog snippet, just browse to
http://myperl.eu/permodule/Some-Module-Name (replace the last part with
your module's name), and you will see a page with a link to the module's
feed.

And if you log on to the site, at http://myperl.eu/, you'll be able to
construct your own personalized feed of a collection of modules you want
to watch.

It uses OpenID, so no registration is required.
