Hi all,
apologies if this isn't the right group, but I'm curious if there's an
definitive answer to the problem of Activesync on the device not seeing
new messages on the Exchange server.
For example:

I'm having the same problem; When I Activesync from my device (HTC
Prophet/Orange M600 - WIndows Mobile 5) directly to the Exchange
server, no emails are *not* downloaded.
However, if I first download messages via IMAP, then the Activesync
direct Exchange connection will work correctly.
As others have noted, it's as if the mailbox,or messages, must be
'touched' first.
