I have a Verizon samsung i700 smart phone. It shipped with Windows
Mobile 2002. I recently updated to Windows Mobile 2003, and I backed
up evreything before I went to 2003. Windows mobile 2003 worked fine
for a few weeks, but then deleted evreything on my phone and evreything
on outlook! I have 400+ contacts, but thankfully I backed evreything
up via active sync.
I am trying to resore evreything back on to my phone but now that I
have windows mobile 2003, my phone says its a different phone then what
the backup file was. I wish I could just go back to windows mobile
2002, to restore evrething with my backup file I have.
Is there anything I can do to get all my Windows Mobile 2002 files back
on my phone or computer? I dont understand why it cant resotre my
Windows Mobile 2002 backup file onto windows 2003.
