I recently bought the Audiovox SMT5600. I use it to synchronize my
outlook (meetings, contacts, to dos) between my work computer and my
home computer.
At work I am running Outlook 2003, which is on an Exchange Server. (I
am synchronizing with my PC, not the server.) At home I have Outlook
2002.
The synchronization with my work comptuer works like a charm. At home
there are 10-20 events that won't synchronize. When I try to resolve
these events on my home PC, I first get an error "Microsoft Outlook
does not recognize 'XXX XXXXX'", where XXX XXXXX is the name of someone
on the meeting in question. When I click "Create a new address for for
'XXX XXXXXXX'" and click ok, I get the following ActiveSync Error:
"The following appointment cannot be written to Microsoft Outlook due
to error CA44011C. The item will be skipped."
I could not find anything about this error code. None of the setting
changse I make seem to help and there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or
reason to why the 18 meetings won't sync (others work just fine.)
Can anyone help?!?
