 Is there a way to disable the navigation bar pop-up when you mouse over the
MCE window? It covers up the ticker on certain tv channels every time I mouse
over the MCE window. Then I either have to wait 10 seconds or hit 'Esc' to
make it disappear. Very annoying. Can someone help me disable this feature?

To my knowledge there is no way to turn this off, but, you can request it
from here:
