Have you considered using the SBS newsgroup ?
microsoft.public.windows.server.sbs
NTFS permissions may be set with the Security dialog in the properties
of the NTFS objects, and when one has no grants allowing access to set
permissions then as an admin one should use the capability to take
ownership.
(see in help system, such as under take ownership).
As you are only 5 days into the build you probably should take this as a
learning experience, try to determine why the machine went belly-up, and
build fresh (from format on up - and I do really mean that, format)
BTW AD is not stored in the registry; for most BSoDs it is pretty tough to
fix the issue by registry edits and does usually require some advanced
knowledge when this is the route; failure loading the kernel can be as
simple
as looking at the wrong partition during the bootstrap process (you did not
provide enough to recognize which message you are seeing); etc.
