I have been running 2 usb DVB-T tuners without issue for several months but
now I have had sky installed and purchased a WINTV HVR1100 just for the
S-VIDEO input.

The problem is when i got to settings>tv>setup tv signal, MCE just says i am
using antenna and gives me no options to set up a set top box.
I have the MCE IR receiver hooked up with the blaster attached and the
S-VIDEO cable hooked up to my STB, i have also verified that WINTV2000
actually picks up the signal.

Im at the end of my tether with this, i have posted on the Hauppauge forums
but no one has replied.

Hope someone has the answer.

MY SPECS:-
AMD 64 3200
ASUS K8V-DELUXE
GEFORCE 6800
1GB RAM
2 x MAXTOR DiamondMax 10 200GB
WINTV HVR1100
MCE2005 - Rollup 2
Nvidia purevideo decoder

You can configure for S-Video input if you have an MCE ir receiver OR for
your DVB-Tuners but not both since they use different EPGs. Currently the
only location where you can have two EPGs it the North America where you can
have 1 or 2 NTSC tuners and 1 or 2 ATSC tuners. In this case the EPG for
the ATSC OTA channels is added to the end of the NTSC EPG and start at
channel 1000.

All TV tuners MUST have the same channel lineup.

If you are going to use a cable/satellite box, you need one for each tuner
and CANNOT use a tuner that doesn't have a satellite box.

Are the USB tuners still connected to the PC? Disconnect them.
