A child messed with my computer... and now the taskbar is located at the left
side of the desktop. How do I get it back to the standard position?

And I cant just drag it... it appears to be locked. Right-clicking does not
show anything simple.

Drag it to where you want it. If that doesn't work then Right-Click it & at
the bottom Left-Click the "Lock the Taskbar" & make sure it is unchecked.

Well - the "Lock the taskbar" is unchecked - and I can't drag it. At least I
don't know where to get hold of it - where is the "dragging point"?

Any suggestions?

Any non-toolbar/system tray area of the taskbar should be where you should
click and hold on, as you drag the taskbar to either of the four docking
areas of the screen (bottom, left, right or top).
