MCE is getting some unknown error that won't allow it to run.
You might check in the Event viewer for any errors.
Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Event Viewer.
Maybe you can get a clue. The first thing you might check, your video
driver for the latest version.
MCE has a big demand on the Video system.
