I'm sorry to say that you have the classic signs of some adware/spyware
"infection" of your browser. Clearing this out is beyond the scope of this
newsgroup. You might want to check out the beta of Windows Defender and see if
that will help. It is the antispyware offering from Microsoft.
Alternate solutions for trying to resolve this would include downloading and
running HijackThis! and reviewing the results on on of the security forums that
have sprung up to help users with identifying what to do based on the
HijackThis! logs.
