Resolve Items.....error message: Items of one or more information types
cannot be synchronized. Disconnect and reconnect your device. To view all
error messages and dialog boxes that require your input, you must connect to
this computer via infared or serial/USB cable.

I have tried reducing the size of my inbox and associated subfolders. I
have rebooted (soft) by Pocket PC (Axim X50v). My Pocket PC is connected to
my PC via USB.

Everything else Sync's just fine. My inbox is the only issue.

Please help...

Are you running WM2003SE (which the device came with) or WM5? Have you
tried reinstalling ActiveSync? Did this just start happening, or have
you never been able to sync the Inbox?

This just started happening. But I got this is resolved after going through
some of the other threads...I found one that you responded to...which
indicated that to "Fix and Repair" Outlook and try reinstalling
ActiveSync....so I followed that advice.....reinstalling ActiveSync resolved
the issue.

However, you bring up something that I have not been able to find any
information on. I am running WM2003SE, but would like to know what the pros
are to using WM5, if there are any.

Thanks for your help! FYI: I saved your link to my favorites for future
use...pocketpcone2one.com

WM5 is quite different - the UI has changed, quite a bit of the
underlying code has changed, there are new versions of Pocket Office
(including PowerPoint Mobile) that are much better at displaying and
editing documents and not discarding incompatible formatting, storage
memory is now persistent (it's stored on a Flash chip, not in RAM)...
