Are you using MSN Explorer?
If so, the proper group to go to for this would have been
microsoft.public.msn.discussion or microsoft.public.msn.dialup
You may want to try a reset of your MSN account settings. First, make sure that
you have a recent backup of your saved email. Go to Help & Settings and Email
Settings. Select Import or Export e-mail, then select the Copy e-mail option.
Use the wizard to create an msnbak file.
Now, exit MSN Explorer, signing out.
Restart MSN Explorer and at the sign-in box, press Ctrl-Shift-F11 at the same
time. This will remove your account settings from your computer for MSN. You
will then need to enter the ID and password once again and let MSN Explorer sync
all saved information from the server - preferences, contacts, email, and
favorites.
If that doesn't work, sign in at http://support.msn.com for help.
