I think the problem is that when you click on an Outlook-related search
result, Outlook is not being launched with the "/recycle" (sans quotes)
switch. Launching additional incarnations of Outlook is not acceptable to
me, memory-wise, so I'll be sticking with Lookout until this is addressed.
