 Hi,

I recently installed the most current version of Windows Desktop
Search. Since I have a huge amount of documents distributed on
different partitions, I would like to avoid having one single index
for all of them. Instead, I would like to create an index for each
partition.

Therefore, my question is: Is it possible to create multiple indexes
with WDS? (If yes, can I then enable and disable indexes as needed?)

 Hi Peter,

Unfortunately the answer is not. WDS has a one index per user per system
implementation. Also you can not share indexes between users.
