Anyone can help answer which Intel Xscale processor and GSM/GPRS chipset is
the motorola Q using?

What makes you think it's using an Intel Xscale and not one of Motorola's
own processors (actually Frescale now)

I am pretty confirmed it is on Xscale through this site.
