Hi.
I have bought a Moto Q GSM Windows Smart Phone yesterday but I can't
configure the GPRS Settings.I have tried a lot with other activated SIMs but
getting "The Remote party has ended this connection".
What am I missing?Could you kindly tell me the step by step configurations?I
have already talked to my mobile service provider and they have asked me to
visit after two days. But I am getting very frustrated.

with regards,

Start> Settings > Connections > GPRS > Menu > Add, and enter the access
point name for your mobile provider, and what "network connection" you
want it to
make (Work, Internet or WAP) then set the apps you want to use to the
same connection (i.e. if you set the GPRS connection to connect to
"Internet" you should set your e-mail accounts to do the same.)

Also, be sure your mobile account has data enabled!
