As far as I can see, there isn't a CPAN module to wrap the libmusicxml
library, see http://libmusicxml.sourceforge.net/more.html

Is this right ?
Is anyone working on it ?
Not that I'm volunteering, but would it be best called
Music::XML, or XML::Music, or something else ?
