I have a couple of problems with my imate SP5 and attachments. I don't know
if anyone can help;-
1) With my old SP3 (2003 SE), when I received an email with attachments, I
could forward it from the phone and the attachment would be included with the
forwarded email. This would happen, even though it hadn't been downloaded to
the phone - the server would take the forward message and implement it.
However, this never seemed to work on my SP5 (2005). Anyone know why this is
and how I can make it work?
2) I have just upgraded the ROM on my SP5, to have puch email - it is great!
However, when I receove an email with an attachment, and mark it for
download, it only appears to work - I get the little arrow, it says it will
download on the next synch, when I synch it says it is downloading. When it
has finished the little arrow disappears, giving the impression is has
downloaded. However, when I highlight it and press the action button, it just
puts the little download arrow on it again and says it will download with the
next synch (again).
Anyone know what is going on, and how I can make it work?
