Does anyone know of a way (or accounting program) that I can complete a
phone call with a customer and with one click assign that time to a
billable time entry?
We currently use Quickbooks, but I'm also toying with some of the MS
accounting apps.
Ideally, the caller ID would show the customer name. When I complete
the call I'd like to be able to click a button to say "Make Billable".
