Please log in for more thread options This is just another example of why it helps to have someone else's
perspective. After reading your post, I went hunting for how to change
the message retention settings, as I had believed it was hard coded to
14 days up to that point. After finding the "Include the previous x
days" setting in ActiveSync > Options > Email > Settings, I was
surprised to see the Q's defaulting to 3 days. Long story short, it
just so happens that the several Q users had been fortunate enough to
not receive email over the 3 day weekend (imagine that!!!). The
previously read emails fell off the back and inboxes appeared empty.
