I know that this question was asked quite a while ago, but I thought I would
answer it in case others are searching on a similar question in the future
:)
Yes, it is possible to use menu extensibility on SmartPhone, just as on
Pocket PC. Personally I like the Calling Card sample on MSDN and I just
confirmed that when I install the cab from that sample onto the Windows
Mobile 5.0 Smartphone Emulator I do see the menu item. Take a look at the
